SGM2028 是一款低功耗低压差线性稳压器。它能够提供 500mA 输出电流，典型压差仅为 270mV。工作输入电压范围为 2.5V 至 5.5V。固定输出电压为 1.8V、2.8V、3.0V 和 3.3V。
其他功能包括逻辑控制关断模式、电流限制和热关断保护。
SGM2028 采用绿色 SOT-23-5 封装。它的工作温度范围为 -40℃ 至 +85℃。
