SGM2038 是一款低噪声、低压差线性稳压器 (LDO)，采用 CMOS 技术设计。它可提供 500mA 的输出电流能力。其工作输入电压范围为 0.8V 至 5.5V，偏置电源电压范围为 2.5V 至 5.5V，输出电压范围为 0.8V 至 3.6V。
