The SGM2523C/D are compact electronic fuses (eFuses) with a complete set of protection functions. The wide operating voltage range is specifically designed for many popular DC buses. The devices provide ±10% current limit accuracy which is suitable for a wide range of system protection applications.

The programmable soft-start time controls the slew rate of the output voltage during the power-up procedure.

The devices protect input from undesired shorts and transients coming from the output.

The SGM2523C/D are available in a Green SOT-23-6 package and operate over a temperature range of -40 to +125.
