- SGM708
SGM708是一款集成式微处理器监控芯片，相较于使用单个IC或分立元件的设计，这种集成方案能够提升系统的稳定性和准确性。SGM708具备在上电、断电以及电压降低导致的欠压条件下进行复位的能力。即使在VCC降至1V时，复位输出依然能够正常工作。此外，SGM708还具备低电平主动手动复位（MR）功能。
该器件还提供了一个1.25V的阈值检测器，这在电源故障、电池电量低或需要监控额外电源的情况下非常有用。
SGM708采用绿色SOIC-8封装，并能在-40℃至+85℃的环境温度范围内稳定工作。
