低功耗 μP 复位电路，具有电容可调复位超时延迟

SGM800可以监控1.6V至5V的系统电压。当VCC电压降至复位阈值以下时，器件将发出复位信号。当VCC电压升至复位阈值以上时，复位输出将在由外部电容器设定的用户可调复位超时时间内保持低电平。此外，SGM800还具有出色的瞬态免疫能力，能够忽略快速的VCC瞬态变化。

SGM800采用绿色SOT-23-5封装，其工作环境温度范围为-40℃至+85℃。
