SGM802 能够监控 1.6V 至 5V 的系统电压。当 VCC 电压降至复位阈值以下时，器件会发出复位信号。当 VCC 电压升至复位阈值以上时，复位输出将在由外部电容器设定的用户可调复位超时时间内保持高电平。此外，SGM802 还具有出色的瞬态免疫能力，能够忽略快速的 VCC 瞬态变化。
SGM802 采用绿色 SC70-4 (R) 和 SOT-143 封装，并且可以在 -40℃ 至 +85℃ 的环境温度范围内正常工作。
