SGM823S 是一款功能完备的微处理器监控器件，采用 SOT-23-5 封装，集成了复位、看门狗和手动复位功能。相较于采用独立 IC 或分立元件的设计，这种集成设计显著提升了系统的可靠性。SGM823S 还具备出色的瞬态抗扰能力，能够忽略快速 V_CC 瞬变。

该器件具有低电平有效的推挽复位输出（nRESET），可通过手动复位输入（nMR）的逻辑低电平、看门狗到期事件或低 V_CC 电压来激活。即使 V_CC低至 1V，nRESET 输出仍能保持正确的逻辑状态。SGM823S 提供了七种固定的 VCC 复位阈值电压。

SGM823S 采用绿色 SOT-23-5 封装，其工作结温范围为 -40℃ 至 +125℃。
