SGM836 系列可监控 0.4V 至 5V 的系统电压。当检测电压低于预设阈值 (VITL) 或手动复位 (nMR) 引脚驱动为低电平时，开漏 nRESET 输出有效。当检测电压和 nMR 电压返回高于各自阈值后，nRESET 输出在用户可调延迟时间内保持低电平。
SGM836 使用精密基准实现 1% 的阈值精度。固定复位超时周期可通过保持 CT 引脚开路设置为 20ms，通过电阻将 CT 引脚连接到 VDD 设置为 300ms。可编程复位超时周期可通过连接到 CT 引脚的外部电容设置为 1.25ms 至 10s。低静态电流使 SGM836 非常适合电池供电应用。
SGM836 采用绿色 SOT-23-6 和 TDFN-2×2-6AL 封装。
