- SGM862
SGM862 系列是高精度、低功耗、小尺寸的双通道电压检测器，可分别监控两个电源轨。
SENSEx 是输入引脚，可以通过外部电阻分压器进行编程。该系列提供四种不同的迟滞选项，分别为 0.6%、1%、5% 和 10%。
OUTx 是 SENSEx 的开漏对应输出。当 SENSEx 的输入电压低于下降阈值（VIT-）时，OUTx 变为低电平；当 SENSEx 的输入电压高于上升阈值（VIT+）时，OUTx 变为高电平。SENSEx 的内部迟滞具有抗干扰性，可确保稳定运行。
该器件具有 1.1μA（典型值）的低静态电流、高精度和小尺寸，特别适合低功耗和便携式设备的系统监控。
SGM862 采用绿色 UTDFN-1.45×1-6AL 和 SOT-23-6 封装。
