SGM890B和SGM891B是低功耗、高精度的电压检测器，其可调阈值范围为0.8V至5V，增量为0.1V，这极大地提升了应用的灵活性。
由于检测引脚（VSEN）与电源引脚是分开的，因此可以监测其他电源。即使监测的电源电压降至0V，器件仍能保持检测状态。
此外，SGM890B的CD引脚连接有一个外部电容，该电容接地，可用于调整释放延迟时间。当延迟电容（CD）为1μF时，延迟时间可以设置为1秒以上。这些器件非常适合用于电源排序、复位排序和电源切换等应用。
SGM890B和SGM891B采用绿色SOT-23-5封装，其额定工作温度范围为-40℃至+125℃。
