SGMICRO has formed a robust product development and validation system after years of operation. With the implementation of IATF16949 automotive industry management system standard from 2022, SGMICRO's automotive product development has entered the quick track.

In order to better serve automotive customers, in 2023, SGMICRO launched the consulting of ISO26262 Road vehicles-Functional safety, and successfully attained the ASIL D certification of ISO 26262 Road vehicles-Functional safety management system from TÜV Rheinland on May 14, 2024.

In the future, SGMICRO is dedicated to the principle of robust design, ensuring that hardware safety requirements are seamlessly integrated into the hardware design and verification stages. Through comprehensive safety analyses, SGMICRO will provide support for clients in the detection and control of random hardware failures.
