For the devices stored beyond their shelf life, are there any evaluation recommendation?

Each customer's definition is different. Evaluations can be considered from several aspects:

• Check if the moisture barrier bag is damaged.
• Check if the humidity indicator card has changed color.
• Inspect the IC leads under a microscope for any discoloration or abnormalities.
• Evaluate the soldering performance of the IC in the laboratory
• Run a control lot first to observe any anomalies throughout the process.
• Follow evaluation requirements as per each company's procedures.
