SGMICRO Launches Single-/dual-channel High Speed ADC Products SGM5100/1 and SGM5102
Beijing, China, August 6, 2024 - SGMICRO recently launched Single-/dual-channel High Speed ADC Products SGM5100/1 and SGM5102.
The SGM5100/SGM5101 are 14-bit 10MSPS/40MSPS, low power 3V single-channel ADC, suitable for sampling high frequency and wide dynamic range signals. With 74.1dB/72.8dB SNR and 79dB/88dB SFDR for signals at the Nyquist frequency, the SGM5100/SGM5101 meet demanding requirements in imaging and communication applications.
The SGM5102 is a 14-bit, 25MSPS, 2channels simultaneous sampling pipeline ADC. Each ADC core is based on a multistage, differential pipelined architecture with differential input analog signal. This device supports serial low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) to minimize the number of interface lines.

Operating temperature range for SGM5100/1 is -40°C to +125°C, they are available in green TQFN-5×5-32DL package. While -40°C to +125°C for SGM5102, and is available a green TQFN-6×6-40AL package.
