The LM431SH is a precision programmable shunt voltage reference. It is a three-terminal adjustable-output device that can keep stable under all capacitive loads. It requires two external resistors to set the output voltage from VREF to 33V.
The LM431SH features low dynamic impedance, low noise, and low temperature coefficient to ensure a stable output voltage over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. These high performances make it very suitable for multiple applications, such as precision audio components and flyback switching power supplies.
The LM431SH is available in a Green SOT-23 package.
