The SGM2081 is a high PSRR and low dropout linear regulator with programmable soft-start. It is capable of supplying 500mA output current with typical VIN dropout voltage of only 30mV. The operating input voltage range is from 0.8V to 5.5V and bias supply voltage range is from 2.7V to 5.5V. The output voltage range is from 0.8V to 3.6V.
Other features include an open-drain power-good (PG) output, logic-controlled shutdown mode, short-circuit current limit and thermal shutdown protection. The SGM2081 has automatic discharge function to quickly discharge VOUT in the disabled status.
The SGM2081 is available in a Green TDFN-3×3-10AL package. It operates over an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
