Triple-Output AMOLED Display Power Supply
The SGM3833A and SGM3833B are designed for powering AMOLED displays which require VAVDD, VELVDD and VELVSS. The devices integrate two boost converters, VO1 for VELVDD and VO3 for VAVDD, and an inverting buck-boost converter VO2 for VELVSS. Output voltages of all the three converters can be programmed in digital steps through the digital interface control pin (CTRL).
The SGM3833A and SGM3833B are both available in a Green TQFN-3×3-16L package. They operate over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
