The SGM44602 is a dual, double-pole/double-throw (DPDT), TTL/CMOS compatible analog switch. It operates from a 1.8V to 5.5V single power supply.
The SGM44602 features high-speed, low on-resistance, low voltage and high bandwidth. The high performances make it very suitable for multiple applications, such as portable equipment, audio and video signal routing, etc. In addition, the SGM44602 can be used as a quad bidirectional 2-channel multiplexer/demultiplexer because it has four SPDT switches. Low power consumption is also one of the important reasons that make it a good choice.
The SGM44602 is available in a Green TQFN-2.6×1.8-16L package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
