SGM8261-2X
Bipolar-Input, High Performance, Ultra-Low Noise Operational Amplifier
The SGM8261-2X is a dual, bipolar-input, low noise operational amplifier optimized for high voltage systems. The device operates from 3.6V to 36V single supply or ±1.8V to ±18V dual power supplies, and consumes 3.8mA quiescent current per amplifier.
The SGM8261-2X has impressive dynamic characteristics with various loads. The rail-to-rail output voltage range is from (-VS) + 0.185V to (+VS) - 0.185V when 2kΩ load resistor is tied from OUT pin to VS/2. This results in large headroom and wide dynamic range. The SGM8261-2X is unity-gain stable and offers a ±65mA high output current. It features 1.75nV/√Hz ultra-low noise at 1kHz with 0.00002% distortion.
The SGM8261-2X is available in a Green MSOP-8 package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
