Moisture sensitive devices that have been stored in excessive humidity for a duration that exceeds the allowed unpackaged time as per their moisture sensitivity level, how shall the devices been baked?

Please note that the tape and reel can not stand high temperature baking. The cover tape may become more sticky and the reel may be deformed.
